We have found that this service makes us more flexible and our resources that more effective at our client locations.
In order to better serve our clients permanent placement requirements, we offer three types of Client Candidate Searches:
1) Contingency Search – The payment for this service is "contingent" on the hiring of our candidate. Visium Resources will conduct an in-depth search for a candidate based on your specific requirements. And we will receive payment only when you hire our candidate.
Fee Schedule based on the annual compensation of our candidate.
2) Retained Search - This search is typically used for a critical position. An agreed upon "retainer" is usually paid up front. Once the candidate is hired, the balance of the fee is paid. Due to the fast-pace of these searches, SPSI will work on these situations with extreme urgency.
Fee Schedule based on the annual compensation of our candidate fee will be stipulated before search begins.
3) Managed Services - This type of search is typically used for a large project or new company. Our staff will meet with you on-site and put together teams of consultants, contractors and employees. Our knowledge of the local market allows us to help you utilize the best talent in the market.
All fees are stipulated before the engagement begins.
