First, some groundrules:

• If you refer a candidate with whom we have not been in contact during the last 45 calendar days and we place that candidate within 45 days of your referral, you receive a commission.
• The referral must stay at the assignment for a minimum of 90 business days.

You will receive your commission after he or she has completed 90 business days of service.
